With the older version, we could see how much a paycheck was going to be on a Saturday, budget for it, then not be surprised when it hit the account on Tuesday. Not being able to see how much a paycheck is going to be before it hits is inconvenient for us. Hopefully it’s temporary. When prompted to call the bank I was told that I need to login on a completely different device that I've never tried so I would have to put in my security questions. The office hasn’t processed my three address changes starting from May 2022. Zero communication from the bank on the matter and no resolutions provided through their application functionality.
