My app has not worked for years. When prompted to call the bank I was told that I need to login on a completely different device that I've never tried so I would have to put in my security questions. Nothing works!

The app and website makes me change my password once a month. The office hasn’t processed my three address changes starting from May 2022. Zero communication from the bank on the matter and no resolutions provided through their application functionality. 
Ready to switch banks soon!

This app is far behind in the times. My other banking app has a ton of features this app does not have. The only reason I keep this app is because I have a mortgage with this company.

Every time you log in you spend five minutes answering your security questions. Will it let you use your fingerprint to access the app? NO!  I can access every other bit of my personal information with my fingerprint on another app, but not this one

The update is nice and all, but now we can’t see paychecks pending. With the older version, we could see how much a paycheck was going to be on a Saturday, budget for it, then not be surprised when it hit the account on Tuesday. Not being able to see how much a paycheck is going to be before it hits is inconvenient for us. Hopefully it’s temporary. Other than that, the new version is ok.

This app needs some serious tech upgrades. My other banking apps are amazing. This app lets you do very little, pending the ability to actually log in. It’s horrible, tech wise.

Every time I go to SLVFB Alamosa I always feel comfortable. Staff are all accommodating.
