I absolutely love this app with its beautiful user interface and all other features are easy to use. Transfer fees too minimum and sometimes even zero charges. I’ve been using this app for nearly 4 years and response from customer service too is positive and quick! I would totally recommend.

I have applied to increase my daily limit since 2 weeks ago and it’s still not Done. I love the app cos it’s very useful and easy to use but having just 300 as a daily limit is frustrating. I have a business and I am schooling at the same time , the app helps me keep track of my finances and I don’t have to leave all the money in the hands of my worker. Please upgrade my account

One cannot add multiple mobile money wallets. This makes it impossible for one to add money to your hubtel account from a different mobile money wallet. This is bad because in a case you really need to accept money from someone else who just have a mobile money wallet not a slide pay account. In this case I would have to delete my old wallet and add that persons wallet as my new wallet. Even with that I have to call the office for them to confirm the deletion of the old wallet so I can add my new wallet 🤦🏾‍♂️. Please do something about this because I really love the app. It's like my saver from being a spend rift.
