I’ve reached out to support and got the stale answer another user got a year ago “we are aware of it” … then either fix it or pull the app from the store. Well I can’t sign in because my username, password, customer name AND country, don’t match. **Developer response:** Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the new app. On the Sign In screen there are three dots next to the words "Sign In", this is where you can access the country selection, SSO or Standard login and the language of the app. I apologize for the confusion. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2023-08-06* This app hasn’t been working correctly since the spring of 2023. SchoolMessenger/Intrado are aware that it hasn’t been working because I have had an open help ticket on it since the spring of 2023. In this update we have added the ability to Single-Sign-On (SSO) to PowerSchool Community directly through the Sender App. Located on the account screen, you will find the new link under "PowerSchool Community". Please note - this should be attempted through the desktop version of Communicate first to ensure your account is active. We are also making some minor UI changes to bring the app more inline with the new User Interface in desktop Communicate. ### 3.0.4 — 2024-09-07 Thank you for using the SM Sender App! In this update we have created some efficiencies when loading a large number of lists, especially when those lists themselves contain a large number of recipients. We have removed the count on the initial new broadcast page which allows the user to move through the message creations screens much quicker. The total count of recipients and individual recipient list count will still show up on the broadcast preview screen, immediately before sending. ### 3.0.3 — 2024-07-17 Thank you for using the SM Sender App! In this update we have done some back end work so that we can support SSO to PowerSchool Community (valid Community account required) in the future, and added support for Dynamic Font. We also fixed an error on loading lists. ### 3.0.2 — 2024-05-25 Thank you for using the SM Sender App!
