Wouldn’t establish connection with SBSE-5.8 Smart Inverter. Commissioned fine with web pages. App won’t even let me monitor the unit post-commissioning. Useless.

App is extremely broken for properly commissioning a SMA Smart Energy inverter. This added so many hours and complications to the installation. Massive step backwards for SMA. 360 app should be scrapped and done over.. If I was SMA I would be embarrassed to have this attached to my product.

Keeps disconnecting, then won’t connect WiFi, won’t connect to inverter… could benefit from workflow step by step process. Added hours to install, still need to call SMA tech support,  very disappointed

I’ve been installing SMA inverters for years and this newest iteration (Smart Energy) with this app is pathetic. We’re having to wast half a day commissioning every grid-tied inverter because they prematurely released these products. Go with a different brand! SMA has abandoned the Residential market.

Ein Wechselrichter ist ausgefallen. Es kommt keine push Nachricht, nicht mal auf der Startseite der App ist etwas erkennbar. Erst durch den klick auf den Ereignismonitor sehe ich die Fehlermeldung. Dass der WR aus ist, steht auch da nicht. 

Schaut euch doch mal FusionSolar App an. Hier sind alle WR Werte von der App aus einsehbar. Spannung je String und aktuelle Leistung je string. Kritische Fehler direkt auf der Startseite. WR neustarten per App, Iso widerstand, Etc. Ihr habt doch alle Daten im Portal. Ist doch kein Aufwand das wichtigste in eine App zu packen.

The SMA Energy app has not been providing any current data for over 6 months since SMA undertook a project to migrate all data from the original platform over to their new Ennexos platform.

I have raised a number of tickets with SMA Australia support, but no one can get a timeframe for resolution. This is unacceptable, I know I can monitor by directly logging in to the portal each time, but the whole point of having an app is for the convenience!

Ich nutze die APP jetzt zwei Monate uns kann nur sagen, wenn SMA nichts besseres hinbekommt ist das ein Armutszeugnis. Ständig ist der Server nicht erreichbar und die Historie nicht aktuell und wird wenn überhaupt Stunden später aktualisiert oder es fehlt bis Heute ein ganzer Tag.

App lief ein paar Wochen ohne Probleme. Seid dem letzten Update wird die Prognose und der erzielte Betrag nicht mehr aktualisiert. Einsparungen laut App 200€ am Tag 😂 
Was machen eure Programmierer eigentlich. Falls ihr mal Hilfe braucht sagt bescheid. Mein Sohn fixt das nebenbei... 👍

I’ve been using the app for a few days and most of the times it’s not loading data, despite all the SMA equipment being online.

A huge disappointment, like the entire SMA software. Competitors are years ahead, and for this reason I would not recommend SMA equipment, despite electrical-wise being good.

Leider ist eine Registrierung aus der App heraus (unter IOS15.5) nicht möglich. Es scheitert daran, dass man das „Land“ nicht auswählen kann, weil das Drop-Down-Menue nich funktioniert.
Leider ist es mir auf der SMA-Website nicht gelungen herauszufinden, wo man diese Registrierung hätte vornehmen können.

Keine Registrierung - keine Nutzung.

Seit dem letzten Update geht garnichts mehr! Beim öffnen der App rotiert ein Kreis und nichts geht weiter.

App zeigt Kommunikationsfehler zur PV-Anlage, die aber funktioniert. Wollte mich in der App wieder abmelden. Selbst das funktioniert nicht.
App hat wohl keine QS-Phase durchlaufen. Entweder fixen oder neue Entwickler suchen.

Um diese zu lösen, öffne die App und warte 2-3 Minuten, bis sie sich automatisch abmeldet. Dann kannst du dich erneut anmelden und die App sollte wie gewohnt funktionieren. Vollkommen unbrauchbar. Eine unendlich drehende Ladeanzeige ist das einzige was funktioniert. Neuinstallation und die Tips von SMA mit den mobilen Daten ausschalten usw. bringt nichts. Diese App kann weg.

Dazu öffne die App und warte 2-3 Minuten, bis die App sich automatisch ausloggt. Anschließend einfach wieder einloggen und die App sollte funktionieren. Leider lässt sich das Problem durch eine Neuinstallation nicht lösen, da die Login Daten nicht zurückgesetzt werden dabei. Danke für dein Verständnis. Sonnige Grüße, dein SMA App-Team!

Used to work fine and now just stuck in loading screen forever

Wie beim Vorredner. Ewig dreht sich die Ladeuhr. Mobile Daten aus- und einschalten. Neuinstallation. Nichts hilft. Ärgerlich wenn man darauf angewiesen ist in der App Funktionen nutzen zu wollen/müssen

Commission with SBSE improved, reducing WiFi connection issues, documentation for many generations of prior inverters easy to access and quick view of Sunny Portal plant performance. QR code scan can even work with older inverters to access UI without having to enter hard to read WiFi passwords. Finally a full featured installer support app!

I have commissioned a few inverters with this app and it’s very easy and safes a lot of time. Everything works fine. Couldn’t be better.

Mann muss tatsächlich eine Minute warten bis der Ladekreis fertig geladen hat. Dann kann man die App benutzen.

Although I love the provided monitoring, the yearly graphs do not show the correct months.

It is currently August 10th and the July graph is the one getting larger as the month progresses. 

Makes me question the validity of the other provided date.
