I am using iPhone X with 256 GB RAM. I emailed support and they are the worst. They will send you automatic response that you will get call in 4 hours. They don't have a phone number and they never call. They will keep sending you updated email that they have the case open but wouldn't fix anything. They will ask you what time is convenient to call and when you tell them, they never call. I don't understand how you can grow a business with such a poor technical staff.
