For SMaBiT and Bitron Video cameras with item numbers NOT starting with AV7210, please use the B-View Cloud app instead. If the cameras are connected to a SMaBiT and Bitron Video NVR system, you can use the SMaBiT Video app in any case.

Die App ist wirklich schlecht. Ich habe zwei Tage lang probiert, eine Kamera (Eggy2) damit zu nutzen und es funktionierte NICHT stabil. 
Anmeldung an SmaBit Cloud, Kamera registrieren, in der App wiederfinden, Nutzen… alles scheint irgendwie zu funktionieren aber:
- Es gibt kein Bedienkonzept, alles durcheinander
- die App stürzt unregelmäßig ab
- Fehlermeldungen sagen nichts aus
- Eingetragene Daten verschwinden
- Hinweismeldungen sind nicht hilfreich
- wenn die App abstürzt, kann es vorkommen, dass die Kamera ebenfalls abstürzt - also irgendwie sind sie verbunden aber man sieht nichts

Die Software hat mein Vertrauen in die Firma so erschüttert, dass ich nun auch der Kamera-Hardware nicht mehr vertraue…
