التطبيق ما يفتح على الجوال ؟؟؟

البرنامج جامد وعقيم جدا ،فمثلا  لا تستطيع ادخال ارقام فواتير المشتريات الفعلية ويتم الترقيم بطريقة تسلسلية من النظام ، اغلب الاوقات لا يمكن حذف فواتير المشتريات او التعديل فيها عند وقوع خطأ في التسجيل ، والكثير من المشاكل ،  باختصار البرنامج متعب جدا ولا يستحق سعره 

الدعم الفني سيئ جدا جدا جدا ، عند وجود مشكلة معينة كل شخص يرميك على الثاني فمثلا تتصل على الدعم الفني اون لاين يقولك اوكي بنكلمك ولا اخد يتصل عليك ، واذا كلمتهم كرة ثانية يقولك كلم فرع الخبر وتكلم فرع الخبر يقولك هذي المشكلة من فرع الرياض ،،،،،،، الخ ولا احد يعملك شي

التطبيق لا يعمل علي الجوال ما يقبل اليوزر والباسورد
علي الكمبيوتر حفظ الفاتوره يبيله من 60 الي 120 ثانيه للفاتوره الاولي اذا عده فواتير ما يتاخر في الثانيه 
تسجيل خروج تلقائي اثناء العمل وادخال البيانات يعني ماتركت الجهاز الي وضع الخمول 
تسجيل خروج تلقائي عند طلب الطباعه 
ما يقبل قيد اليوميه من اول مره رغم ان المدخلات صحيحه بالكامل
 اذا ضغطت عدة مرات يقبل 😀 
واجهه البرنامج في سماك 5 افضل القوائم المنسدله بعرض الشاشه 
هذه تجربتي مع سماك كلاود 
البرنامج اجمالا تجربته جيده جدا اذا تمت الملاحظات المذكوره يصير ممتاااااز

أشكركم وأشكر جميع العاملين هناك واقترح تطوير نسخة البرنامج القادمه والظهور بشكل جديد يواكب انظمة التشغيل الحديثه وهذه الخطوه لتغيير الروتين التقليدي من ناحية واجهة البرنامج وايقونات علامات تبويب العمليات المحاسبيه وتطوير الدعم الفني بحيث يتم الابقاء على الدعم الفني عن بُعد كخيار متصل تلقائياً ومتاح في البرنامج نفسه وامكانية التحدث مباشره من خلال محادثه مع مركز الدعم حسب اولوية طلب الخدمه .
