Ich steuere zu Hause diverse Geräte, vor allem Leuchten in einer Kombination aus Automatisierung und Alexa-Sprachbefehl. Die Steckdosen funktionieren zuverlässig, selbst an einem Mehrfachstecker kommt es nur selten zu Ausfällen. Die App ist funktional und richtet die Steckdosen sehr einfach ein. Der längere -manuelle- Weg, den ich wegen überlappender Netzwerke in unserem Haus brauche, klappt reibungslos; der automatische ist ein Kinderspiel. Jetzt kann ich auch Erfahrungen mit dem Kundendienst teilen: Ich habe an meinem Router das W-LAN Passwort gewechselt. Generell aus Sicherheitsgründen eine gute Idee. Zeitmanagement und familiärer Haussegen sind davon überraschend stark betroffen. Mein Tipp: dem Rest der Familie ein Wander-Wochenende im Hochsauerland spendieren und sobald der Wagen vom Hof rollt, mit der Umstellung anfangen. Dank der SMAHO-Hilfe, die derart vorbildlich und exzellent war, habe ich denn Teil an einem halben Tag abgeschlossen, Powerline, Alexa-App & Friends haben mich eine Woche echt verzweifeln lassen (ich sage nur: Kinder ohne W-LAN….) Der Support war am Samstag (!) unfassbar schnell, hat eher in Minuten als in Stunden reagiert, sich mit präzisen Fragen Infos geholt und die richtige Lösung genannt. Da kann sich so ziemlich alles und jeder im IT Bereich nicht nur eine dicke Scheibe von abschneiden. Die Jungs und Mädels machen einen fantastischen Job. Da ich selber im Kundenservice tätig bin, möchte ich manchmal dem Kundensagen, lesen des Handbuches hilft. 😀 Ich selber bin mit den beiden Steckdosen und der Steckdosenleiste zufrieden.
