I have been unable to log in to my account. I have to call every time to have someone “unlock” it and I have to change the password. This is ridiculous. FIX THE ISSUE!! How can a bank operate like this?!

There is something seriously wrong with this app so far on an iPhone 8 all I can see is the balance I can’t deposit I can’t see any of the other buttons or even the customer service button all I see is an error message on the bottom every time I sign in whoever designed this app needs to be replaced and if they don’t fix this up soon it’s very likely they will lose a lot of customers it’s a shame because they are a great bank but this app is giving them a very very poor name

I’ve been with SBB for many years and never had problems with their mobile app, which appears to have been phased out in the summer of 2021. When attempting to use that I kept getting a message that services were undergoing maintenance. 

Finally I looked and saw that that app was replaced by a new POORLY DESIGNED app that seems to ONLY WORK ON PHONES WITH LARGE SCREENS. What I see on my iPhone 8 is super large wording and numbers that are jumbled together, and BUTTONS POSITIONED OFF THE SCREEN making the app unusable. There doesn’t seem to be any preference settings to address this. 

PLEASE FIX THIS!

Like the looks of this new version but it’s only the second time I’ve used it and the deposit button does not initiate when pressed. This is a big deal since this is how I add money to my account.  This type of bug is not good.

I would give 5 stars if the app would allow me to save payment information for vendors and other accounts so I don’t have to type in the info every time I want to send an ACH transfer. Can you please add that feature?
