It looks like everything was done by one person without feedback from others both with respect to the device itself and the app(s). This makes it more of a prototype for a pretty useful product. You might even better better off just making the device and app only do key finding? De-registering the device(s) is unclear. The manual should be avaislable in the app since ppl will probably lose theirs before changing phones. Naming. The name of the device and the name of your app should be the same. If you have two versions of the app, which one should i use. Make it clear. English. The english in the instructions isn't correct. Perhaps you can consider hiring a technical writer to improve it for a day or less? Hire somebody who can't code and is very detail oriented to test the overall system and walk through your interface with several people who cannot code. LTurning the device off by pressing five times does not work. You have multiple icons that dont so anything. To save production causes, i get you have only one button. Just about nothing wirks. After testing two brand new trackers with fresh battery have concluded tracker pretty worthless. You can get it to connect by pressing tracker ’camera’ button but it soon disconnects itself. Attemptin to connect via app on phone does not work at all. After trying different approaches and trying to troubleshoot in various ways, the tracker only did one thing; showed location for a few minutes until it disconnected and as explained above would not re-connect. DO NOT BUY the ’Smart Finder’ TRACKER. It is not smart, it is dumb. ### 1/5 — Should have listened *2019-02-07, version 3.4* Don’t waste your money or your time with this app. I couldn’t even get it to connect with my bluetooth to see if it worked. I tried several times with no luck. I bought this to put on my grandsons (whose in first grade) backpack. How disappointing. Even though the site states that it works for pets. If you are prone to losing your keys in your home that is what this is great for. Or if your cat hides under the bed maybe it would work for a pet. If you get 50-75 feet away it gets lost. If you need something because you set your keys down and forget where you set them fairly close to where you are then sure it works fine.
