## What is SmallCRM?

SmallCRM gives you one clear place to manage contacts, sales opportunities, follow-ups and work—without the weight of an enterprise CRM, and without an account.

Stay on top of every relationship:

• See overdue tasks, upcoming follow-ups and pipeline health
• Filter contacts by status or due follow-up, then manage the next step
• Log calls, emails and meetings, then complete or reschedule the follow-up
• Search deals and contacts, including phone numbers typed without formatting
• Move deals through a pipeline you can rename, reorder and colour
• Open a deal workspace for its contact, next steps and activity history
• Add one-off or recurring tasks, with due dates and reminders
• Review pipeline value, win rate and outcomes by time period
• Import and export contacts with CSV

Your data stays yours:

• Everything is stored in a database on your device
• There is no account, no sign-in and no SmallCRM server
• Lock the app behind Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode
• Your records stay hidden in the app switcher while SmallCRM is locked
• iCloud keeps your iPhone and iPad in step through your own private database
• Turn iCloud sync off and everything already saved stays on the device
• Resolve editing conflicts when the same record changes on another device
