## What is SmallForce?

SmallForce is a company operating system with AI employees for small businesses and independent professionals. Put your team to work on social media, advertising, websites and everyday business tasks, all from your phone.

Give an employee a task, share the files and instructions they need, and return to the conversation to review progress. Your SmallForce HQ runs in the cloud, so scheduled tasks can continue when you close the app.

Social media and content
• Create captions, images and videos for your business.
• Schedule and publish posts to connected social accounts.
• Manage supported comments and messages, and review available social analytics.

Advertising and campaigns
• Create ad copy and campaign visuals.
• Set up and manage campaigns on supported advertising platforms.
• Review campaign performance and work with your employees on changes.

Websites and business apps
• Ask your AI employees to build and update websites, landing pages and business apps in your workspace.
• Share your requirements in chat and review the files and links your team produces.

Everyday business work
• Connect supported email, calendar and other business tools.
• Ask employees to help with customer follow-ups, research and routine tasks using your connected tools.
• Schedule one-time jobs and recurring tasks, then review activity logs.

Talk with your AI team
• Give employees tasks in chat and keep conversations organized.
• Start voice calls or video calls with supported avatars.
• Review call history and choose how employees can reach you.

Keep your business context together
• Browse and manage files in your company workspace.
• Record meetings and keep recordings alongside your work.
• Share text, links and files with SmallForce from the iOS share sheet.

Stay connected on the go
• Follow supported background work through Live Activities.
• Access employees and start supported voice calls from the Apple Watch companion.

Sign in with your SmallForce account and an active company workspace. Available features depend on your workspace, connected services and plan. Calls and notifications require the relevant permissions and workspace configuration. The Apple Watch companion uses the workspace connected through your paired iPhone.
