This is already the case for quite some time. It's a pity this doesn't work and I don't get any clue from the app why it doesn't work. ### 2/5 — Wattages *2025-05-30, version 1.64.0* Dat slim laden werkt voor geen meter, start direct bij maximum. Waar niet met wattages werken ipv %. Ik wil gewoon instellen dat maximum verbruik bepaalde waarde mag zijn en dan mag auto niet laden. Snap er niks van nu. ### 4/5 — Great app with better ui *2025-05-04, version 1.64.0* Latest update had great ui. Works perfectly. One suggestion though would be to introduce a setting which delays pausing while charging with solar. On semi cloudy days, clouds frequently blocks the sun which stops charging due to less production. However my car brand does not really like charge-pause-charge cycles. After a few of those cycles that car goes into errror and stop the charge all together. A setting which delays the pausing of the charge could potentially solve while being aware that you might ask the grid for power for a short while… ### 2/5 — Antes era mejor *2025-04-08, version 1.63.1* Antes con un vistazo y un par de “clics” lo veias todo al momento, ahora quisieron meter tanta cosa que algo tan simple como ver una grafica, es muy poco preciso, mostrandote barras, y si quieres el detalle, si lo da, pero no en un formato conjunto como teniamos hantes, mucho mas visual antes que ahora. Menos mal que home assistan sige dando los datos como antes, sino le pegava patada rapido. ### 2/5 — Es fehlen wichtige Informationen im Vergleich zu früher !!! *2025-04-02, version 1.63.1* In der Live Ansicht kann man nicht mehr erkennen, wieviel Energie gerade im Haus inklusive des Stand-by Verbrauchs verbraucht wird. Man kriegt nur angezeigt, wie viel das Haus ohne Stand-by Verbrauch derzeit verbraucht. Diese Information ist aber völlig unnötig. Viel wichtiger wäre zu wissen, wieviel ich gerade insgesamt verbrauche, um dagegen zu vergleichen, wieviel Energie meine PV Anlage gerade live produziert. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn man in der Live Ansicht die Kacheln selber konfigurieren Könnte. Dann kann sich jeder zusammenstellen, was er gerade live sehen will. ### 2/5 — Onduidelijk en vervelend *2025-03-09, version 1.62.0* De app is veel te complex, net zoals de webmodule. Instellingen controleren of aanpassen is nodeloos moeilijk gemaakt. Het aantal overbodige meldingen is niet bij te houden en is ronduit irritant. Voor alle duidelijkheid: de laadpaal werkt vlot, maar qua gebruiksvriendelijkheid is er nog véél werk. ### 4/5 — Goeie update. Iets mindere update *2025-03-04, version 1.62.0* Overall hele fijne app in gebruik en zeker koploper in de markt. Enkel bij de laatste update jammer dat een heel duidelijk homescreen met kleuren vervangen is door een monochroom tegeldashboard dat veel minder makkelijk scant. Een stap terug helaas ### 4/5 — Fonctionne correctement *2024-10-03, version 1.54.0* J'aurais quand même une remarque à faire. Sur la configuration d'une borne de recharge, il est difficile de comprendre à partir de quand sont pris en compte des changements de configuration (passage du mode Standard à Intelligent à Surplus). C'est pareil lorsqu'on fait évoluer le pourcentage minimum d'excédent nécessaire pour charger. Une petite modification avec l'introduction d'un bouton Sauvegarer / Appliquer, permettrait de mieux se rendre compte. Car intuitivement on pense naviguer entre les différentes possibilité, sans se rendre compte qu'on est effectivement entrain de modifier le comportement de la borne. Inversément, par moment on moidifier le pourcentage de surplus nécessaire, mais on a l'impression que la modification n'est pas prise en compte. C'est déroutant. ### 1/5 — Nonsense *2024-07-26, version 1.52.1* It won't even let you set a simple on/off timer for charging your car. What a joke! ### 3/5 — Abuses the notification system *2024-04-16, version 1.47.0* There is no way to disable the "useful tips" notifications and badges for those. I don't want any badge for useless tips. I only want to get notifications regarding charging. 9 useless notifications so far, out of 13. I disabled notifications and rely on the BMW app which only notifies me on what matters: charging. ### 1/5 — Mise à jour problématique *2024-03-23, version 1.46.0* Depuis la mise à jour des erreurs fréquentes la borne se met en rouge … ça fonctionnait très bien avant. The likelihood of me needing this brand of chargers in Belgium ever again is exceedingly slim (I’m from the uk). But I have to install an app on my iPhone, then give you a credit card that you insist on saving, along with a load of other data??? It’s an iPhone app! Why can’t you use Apple Pay so I don’t have to trust a random organisation is going to make an effort to save my data that’s going to be out of date by the next time I may need it anyway!? For a one-off charge, I shouldn’t need to install anything or give you any information except a credit card that is forgotten the moment it’s used. ### 1/5 — Where is the best old interface ? *2025-04-29, version 1.64.0* I don’t understand why Smappee changed its old interface, which was much more user-friendly. The new version is complex and not intuitive—a convoluted engineer’s fantasy with no thought for the customer. ### 1/5 — Goed bedoeld… *2025-04-24, version 1.64.0* Update van 24-04-2025: er komt kennelijk geen verbetering meer na de laatste update. De nieuwe versie is idd een forse stap achteruit! Dit is een goed bedoelde update, maar het volgen van opbrengst en verbruik is nu een heel stuk lastiger geworden. Vooral het feit dat de tegeltjes verspringen van zodra ze minder gewicht krijgen is nefast voor de opvolging. Als je de ‘live’ situatie bekijkt, dan vallen de grote cijfers op. Maar je dient naar de kleine icoontjes te kijken, want de tegeltjes springen heen en weer. A quand le retour d’une information claire et simple ! Merci ### 1/5 — Opbrengst zonnepanelen *2025-04-16, version 1.63.1* Gewoon ff uw opbrengst live bekijken van uw zonnepanelen is onmogelijk. Je moet export en verbruikte zonne-energie zelf liggen optellen. Wat een stap achteruit. Ook zou je widgets kunnen toevoegen, maar dit werkt gewoon niet. :-( er zitten goede dingen maar de echte simpele basis (kijken welke opbrengst van je zonnepanelen live opvolgen is rampzalig). Uw vraag wat werkt geef ik hieronder. Als je live kijkt en je klikt op zon bv. Dan zie je die deel export en deel verbruik zonne energie. je moet ze altijd zelf optellen om totaal zon te berekenen. Ook als je terug gaat naar vorige dagen. Vroeger had je echt ook een mooie totaal van de opgewekte zonne-energie, en kon je makkelijk van dag naar dag gaan. Ook bij maand, jaar is dit zo. Zee onhandig, vroeger zag je altijd totaal. En de widgets aanpassen werkt niet als je erop duwt. Zowel op iPhone (18.3.2) als iPad. Ofwel doe ik iets verkeerd. hopelijk kun je ermee verder. ### 1/5 — Laatste update versie 1.62.1 *2025-03-22, version 1.62.1* Laatste update is een regelrechte disaster. Productie van zonnepanelen kun je niet (meer) zien ‘s avonds als er geen productie is. Alles is gefocust op afname en injectie van het net. Terwijl gewoon kijken hoeveel totaal verbruik en totale productie zonnepanelen niet meer te zien is. What is wrong with the base it-value : if it ain’t broken , don’t try to fix it 🤷🏼‍♂️ ### 1/5 — Illisible *2025-03-18, version 1.62.1* Depuis la dernière mise à jour la page d acceuil est illisible avant on voyait la production et la consommation maintenant on ne sait plus vraiment ce que l on consomme si on importe si on exporte pas de valeur négatives pour l export bref complètement inutilisable pour une lecture rapide rendez nous l ancienne version ou rendez la nouvelle plus lisible et utilisable pour la lecture en direct ### 1/5 — Give back the old dashboard *2025-03-18, version 1.62.1* New dashboard is horrible and confusing. Mais il est impossible de savoir combien chaque onduleur a produit d’électricité sur une journée. Quand je sélectionne un onduleur le graphique montre bien la bonne consommation mais il n’est pas indiqué sa consommation totale sur sur la journée.
