Regret paying for the Samsung ducted due to this ap. Mum bought Mitsubishi a/c and that ap is excellent. Don’t buy Samsung a/c if you want Wi-Fi control.

Not working since iOS 15, App crashes the second you login making the app and wifi A/C controller useless.
This happens every iOS update, surely
Someone like Samsung will use the Beta testing period to update app and ensure customers have a working solution once update is launched.
UPDATE YOUR APP SAMSUNG - Never buying another Samsung A/C unit again!

The cost to Samsung of updating this app so that it works with modern devices would be negligible when compared to the amount of income they are losing to other a/c manufacturers whose applications actually work; I’m betting call centre and online help staff are also spending hours on responding to requests for assistance that they cannot resolve. The ball is in your court Samsung - update or lose customers.

App stopped working recently. I think it’s an IOS 15 compatibility issue. The app just closes whenever I select the air conditioner. Not good enough Samsung. Fix it please.

How on earth does a company the size of Samsung produce such an abhorrent app for their air conditioning systems? Barely usable at best, combining terrible interface design with mind-bogglingly poor login procedures (seriously, making me choose whether I'm home then forcing me to enter email, password and a captcha EVERY TIME???) and absurdly slow functionality. Be ASHAMED Samsung.

This app is the worst app I have ever used. Even when it manages to connect to my system. It takes over 15 seconds to send a command to the AC that is 5m away.

Previous Version 1.0.26 Works Good but,
Latest version 1.0.30 Has problems finding Aircon unit through WiFi connection. 
It only works on out of home connection which you have to log in each time, and doesn’t always work as well. 
Needs to be fixed !!

Read the other reviews. Don’t think anybody at Samsung Support knows what are you taking about. Since IOS 13.x is the in home function not working on Apple any more. Works on a Samsung S7 so figure that.  And to top Samsung Support tells you that the Wifi Module is not covered by warranty what is illegal in Australia!

OMG, they have even fixed the Out-of-home feature!!! Finally!!! That hasn't worked for almost 18 months.

Works great. Always used it on my galaxy s3 now installed on my iphone 5 and have never had any problems with it. Everything works fine. Not sure why everyone else is having problems.

I love my aircon. It was difficult to set up though. The app works well but does need work. 
My bank requires less security to login than this app - please add Touch ID asap. I want to turn on my air when driving home and it's not safe to enter 8 digit password.

This app has been great allowing functionality to our ducted air con. Since the ios8 update however it logs in and only has demo play functionality. Samsung please fix this ASAP and restore our faith in your company. Update Nov 2020. Seems it’s all working again..great news.

IOS 13 and the app just crashes. Back to not working!
