My library comes up but when I try to login with my email and library card it says it isn’t correct. I can see why there is so many bad reviews. ### 1/5 — Does not Work With IOS 18 *2025-06-10* This app is trash. It does not work with IOS 18. I guess, if you have an older version of IOS, it might work. It just freezes my phone. Full of bugs. Deleted app immediately. ### 1/5 — Seriously? *2025-05-21* Absolutely trash app and embarrassing that a major library would trust them with printing. ### 2/5 — Cannot Find Library *2025-03-09, version 3.0.6* All the libraries in my county use Smart Alec, however none of them are accessible through the app. I allowed the app to search my location (I’m two miles from the library) and even directly typed in the zip code and it still only gave me a single option of “Anytown Public Library” in a remote city over an hour away. I’m not sure why the developers even bothered making the app but perhaps it’s more functional in other states. ### 1/5 — Does anyone actually run this app? *2024-09-10, version 3.0.6* So many complaints. Here’s another. Libraries across the company show up when I search my library card number or my zip code. NOTHING near me. ### 1/5 — Just awful *2024-02-09* I was able to print two documents. Tried to print more but no luck. Forget the video that explains the app. It’s so fast there’s no way anyone can follow it. I spent way too much time trying to make it happen. I had to leave but will try again tomorrow. It shouldn’t be this cumbersome. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t accept my log in *2024-01-19* I see this has been a complaint. I can’t log in with my library account & password on my iPad.
