Would be nice to be able to send clients lists from the app. It would also be nice to save lists from the app or desktop and see them on each other.

I’ve now let Smart Apartment Data know that we do not use their service, and to please stop contacting us.

We don’t use your site. Stop contacting us. This is now my 3rd time.

App seems to have a lot of potential, but crashes and logs me out every time I try to get detailed property info from map view. Hopefully that can be addressed.

This app is a lifeline when trying to determine details about a community or company, and in tracking historical changes. The team is responsive and helpful when you have questions about navigating the app, and I’ve never experienced any bugs or errors. Load times are quick and the information is accurate!

The latest version of the Smart app is easy to use and gives access to all the necessary data while on the go. Being able to access saved routes, lists, and saved searches is a huge upgrade in features.

Wow, I can finally use Smart 100% on my phone!  It is super easy to search across multiple markets to find the community or management company I am looking for.  Search has so many filters to pinpoint targeted prospects. The new routing function makes it even easier to plan my weekly sales visits. It’s awesome!!!
