The “Sign Up” feature that is necessary to use the app and devices associated with this app is absent. This unfortunately makes it unusable. Please add a function to register a new account.

Recently moved into a new apartment that requires this app to use the installed smart equipment. The app only gives you the option to sign into an existing account, no option to create one. There is also no website that allows to create one. So now my devices are useless because of this joke of an app.

This is literally the worst app I’ve ever dealt with. It only gives you an option to log in without creating an account, which is what my manager said I have to do. There is no tech support, no FAQs, nothing. Terribly developed

At first I was hesitant of mobile control of my home, but after a couple weeks I can’t understand how I did without. It is so simple and fun to use
