顔の模様が少しだけ違う「セグロセキレイ」 は日本固有種。良く似た種は、２画面比較モード（iPad / iPad mini のみ）で、再生してみましょう。気になるところで再生を止めて、静止画を拡大表示することもできます。

同社の「野鳥の鳴き声図鑑」に引き続き、当Appも購入して親子で楽しんでします。

子供メイン？で使われていますが、本の図鑑と異なり動画で見られることに加え、「あっ！なんか食べた！」といって巻き戻したり、静止させたり、コマ送り、拡大など本人の意思どおりに観ることができるのが、新鮮でお気に入りみたいです。

さらに「こんなこともできるよ〜」と、異なる2種の鳥を2画面で表示させると、「すごーーいっ！」と大喜び。日常目にすることのない鳥たちを「動画で見比べられる」という事も当Appの特徴なんだと思います。また、各鳥が「ウィキペディア」にリンクしているため、詳しい情報を調べられるところも親は気に入っています。

価格はApp市場と比較すると決して安いものではありませんが、本の図鑑とは異なるその特徴に満足しています。

親子ともに知識は全て当Appや本の図鑑だけで完結するのではなく、自然への興味につながるきっかけになるように、バランスよく愛用したいと思っています。
