### 1/5 — Useless

*2022-02-14, version 1.1*

Terrible app. Just because the app connects to the bottle warmer via Bluetooth, doesn’t make it a smart bottle warmer. Did the developers put any thought or energy into this?

### 1/5 — Pretty useless

*2021-09-08, version 1.1*

This app is pretty useless considering you have to manually turn on the bottle warmer to use it. The app would be great if it could be used to turn on the warmer remotely. Probably need a redesign on the warmer itself since you can’t leave water in it...then redesign the app accordingly. Would have left 0 starts but had to select something.

### 1/5 — Auto shut off

*2021-08-04, version 1.1*

I bought this bottle warmer because there was Bluetooth capability. I thought I would be able to turn it on from my bed in the middle of the night, but sadly that is not the case. The bottle warmer must be on an order for the Bluetooth to work and even if you turn the bottle warmer on before bed, it shuts off.

### 1/5 — Pointless

*2021-08-02, version 1.1*

I cannot think of a single use case for this app. I thought I could put a bottle in the warmer a couple of hours earlier in anticipation of starting the warming process before I entered the room to feed the baby. You can’t start the warmer via the app unless you turn it on using the physical button on the warmer. I even left the warmer turned on when I put the bottle in, but it turned itself off. There is absolutely no point to this app or the Bluetooth connectivity whatsoever.

### 1/5 — Need to Physically turn on before using app

*2021-02-15, version 1.1*

Echoing everyone else on here - why have an app if I have to go turn it on? Would love to know if this is in the road map?

### 1/5 — Useless app

*2020-12-01, version 1.1*

You can’t turn the device on with the app, so if I’m at the device I may as well use the controls on the device

At least I can silence the loud beep in place of a notification on my phone... NOPE

OK, so I can at least lower the volume so it not so loud...NOPE

But you can reduce the brightness of the blinding display so you don’t burn your eyes, just kidding...NOPE

Well, I’m sure I could use the app to see how long ago it finished warming the bottle...NOPE

### 1/5 — No Reason 4 app

*2020-11-17, version 1.1*

You shouldn’t have to physically cut on the bottle warmer to use the app it defeats the purpose

### 1/5 — Useless App

*2020-08-11, version 1.1*

The app might as well not exist, it doesn’t turn on the Brezza. You have to turn it on yourself manually to be able to connect the app, and then if you don’t start warming the bottle within minutes it shuts off. It also only works in a 20ft radius which is useless when I’m trying to use it from another level of the house or even across the living room. I was so excited for this, and it sucks.

### 1/5 — App is worthless

*2020-07-31, version 1.1*

It’s quicker to just push the button on the product rather than open the app. What the developer needs to do is add the ability to adjust the timer on the bottle warmer for the various levels. When I warm up 3oz of milk in a plastic container and set the cold count to 3 on the steady warm, the milk still comes out cold. I would like to adjust the timer via the app but this is not possible. Seeing my as this device is entirely digital, the developer should easily be able to add this function.

### 1/5 — Would be great but...

*2020-03-09, version 1.1*

This app would be amazing if it would turn on the baby brezza what’s the point of it if I have to manually turn it on to use it

### 1/5 — This app is useless

*2019-06-17, version 1.1*

The app is a great idea. BUT—you must manually turn it on, you can’t set an automatic turn on time, you can’t add it to homekit, and you can’t keep track of the bottles you’ve warmed.

So, this app becomes useless.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Scam-Pointless

*2025-02-06, version 1.1*

You can only use the app when the bottle warmer is turned on. The bottle warmer auto shuts off with inactivity.

So if you thought you were going to lie in bed for an extra two or three minutes while the bottle warmed up, you would be horribly mistaken.

They say, “do not attribute to malice what can be attributed to incompetence.” I say, “Intentions are irrelevant to the injured.”

Anyone who purchased the Bluetooth version is entitled to a refund of the price difference from the non-Bluetooth version.

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2024-06-16, version 1.1*

Don’t download the app. It simply does not work.

### 1/5 — Never left a review before but felt it was warranted

*2024-01-29, version 1.1*

App only works if the machine is powered on. Pointless bc you can’t turn the device on from the app

### 1/5 — Another Useless App

*2023-07-15, version 1.1*

Who from Apple vets these apps? The manufacturer is Chinese based and based off other reviews isn’t interested in actually making this work. My recommendation is to skip the “technology” on this product and do it manual. It’s so weird too because the product is made really well. The app, not so much!

### 1/5 — Needs a lot of work

*2023-01-31, version 1.1*

The app is pretty useless. It will only work if the machine is turned on, but you can’t turn it on from the app. Since you have to physically turn the machine on, it’s quicker to just use the buttons cause by the time the app loads and connects to the warmer, you’re bottle could already be warming. I deleted it.

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2022-08-08, version 1.1*

You can’t connect to the bottle warmer unless you physically turn it on first voiding the need to connect from your phone. Stupid.

Also the app looks like it was made for the iPhone 4.

### 1/5 — Power On

*2022-08-05, version 1.1*

App should be able to turn on Brezza

### 1/5 — Fix this pls

*2022-05-22, version 1.1*

What is the point of downloading this app if I have to get up and turn on the bottle warmer🤔 I don't want to give one star, but apple is forcing me to.

### 1/5 — Made so poorly, I’m returning this thing.

*2022-04-14, version 1.1*

The app looks old, it’s a glorified remote, and you cannot cancel settings midway. Not timing options, not development for over 4 years, this product is pointless. Feels like a Chinese knock off product. Such poor quality.

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2022-03-25, version 1.1*

No point in having a “smart” bottle warmer or app to run it if I can’t do it remotely and have to physically go to the machine to turn it on. The only thing this allows is a bigger screen to set the warmer.

## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — LOVE IT!

*2024-12-14, version 1.1*

Not sure why people are complaining. I relied on this app in the middle of the night so I didn’t have to turn a light on, put my glasses on and stare at the tiny screen. It worked perfectly every time. I wonder if people just didn’t know what they were doing.

### 5/5 — Works fine for me!

*2024-08-24, version 1.1*

Bought this warmer at a yard sale and downloaded the app. Very neat and simple to use my phone and get a bottle ready.

### 3/5 — Great warmer, luke warm app

*2017-04-16, version 1.0*

Let me begin by saying overall I think the Baby Brezza is probably superior to most of the other options out there. I do like it and the speed with which it warms bottles seems to be better than most.

That's said, when you look at the app itself, and the potential for what it -could- be, the design is pretty disappointing and the app itself is more novelty than practically useful (with its current design.

Here are the problems:

1. You need to go and turn the bottle warmer on to connect to it. While you might think "obviously", that's actually a pretty huge failure in my books. I'd like to be able to toss a bottle in knowing sometime in the next 10-20 mins I want to heat the bottle up, but I can't do that. If I turn it on and connect the app, then go about my business with the baby, the warmer turns off and I can't remotely start warming the bottle at the time I want to. So fail there IMO. A better solution might use a persistent wifi connection or at least have low power Bluetooth available all the time to remotely turn the warmer on. Anyways, it's a pain.

2. I have a single setting I always use: 5, cold, steady warm...but the app doesn't remember that. So I spend 15 seconds every time I try to use the app, resetting it to the settings I want. Every time it frustrates me. This is an easy thing to fix. Please fix this.

Other than those two issues which do neuter the value of the whole idea behind the app itself, it does work as advertise, so for now I give it "three stars with opportunity to increase to 5"...

### 2/5 — Needs work

*2022-08-17, version 1.1*

I like the fact that I can set a timer from the app and really like that it tells you when it’s done if your not in the same room. But the fact you have to turn the machine on after every use makes the app useless cause you cannot use the app unless the unit is on

### 2/5 — Could be better

*2018-08-19, version 1.1*

The ap itself is a great idea. However, the fact that you have to physically turn the warmer on defeats the purpose of having an ap. I would give 5 stars if the warmer could be turned on from your phone.

### 2/5 — Missing feature

*2018-07-05, version 1.1*

The machine is good. But the app is worthless. What’s the point of the app when you have to go to the bottle warmer to turn it on then you can use the app on your phone. You should be able to turn to bottle warmer on from the app!
