### 1/5 — Won’t work use USB-C reader

*2026-01-12, version 4.5*

Wont work with my USB-C reader bought from Twocanoes

### 1/5 — Waste of time and money

*2025-05-16, version 4.10*

I’ve spent far too much time trying to get this overly expensive mobile cac reader to work. It worked well on my older iPhone, but once I upgraded to a newer one the device will not connect to it! Great concept, terrible execution and not user friendly!!!

### 1/5 — On IOS 16+ smart cards are supported. Do not pay for this

*2025-03-03, version 4.10*

Smart cards are now natively supported. You do not need to pay for this app’s monthly subscription.

### 1/5 — DOESN’T WORK!! STAY AWAY!!!!

*2025-01-04, version 4.8*

I tried to get this to work with an iPad Pro running iOS 18.1 and SCR3310. I even bought the monthly subscription for 3rd party card readers. I tried MyPay, Webmail, and the Twocanoe test website. None of them worked. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY!!!! I will never trust Twocanoes software ever again and I don’t recommend anyone else waste their money like I did by buying anything from them.

### 3/5 — Broken

*2024-11-24, version 4.5*

PIN suddenly won’t work — definitely not typing it in wrong, as I can login via other devices / middleware.

### 1/5 — Does not work with MacBookPro M3

*2024-05-15, version 4.5*

Does not work with MacBookPro M3. Worked on MBP M1 and M2. Does not see the SCR 3310 card reader even though drivers have been installed. However, a Parallels VM can recognize the reader and smart card.

### 2/5 — Can’t get any help

*2024-03-16, version 4.5*

I received one email but since no response to emails or calls. I like the app… when it’s working.

### 2/5 — Very Frustrating

*2024-03-08, version 4.5*

Just not able to get the two canoes app or their Bluetooth reader to work reliably. If I uninstall the software every time and start from scratch, I can get it to work about 1 in 5 times. Each time takes about 30 minutes. I have a third party reader that appears to work like a champ but every time I try to purchase their in app authorization for a third party reader, nothing happens.

### 2/5 — Bluetooth Reader Bug

*2024-01-02*

Still doesn't work with macOS

### 5/5 — Great App; however……

*2023-12-15, version 4.4*

The app is great, and works; however, IOS now supports smart card reading natively (as long as you have a compatible cac reader, or adapter). Unfortunately, no need to spend the money to use the app long term.

The app does work, that’s why I gave it 5 stars.
