I even went so far as to delete and reinstall the app. It just signed me in under the wrong account automatically. ### 3/5 — Filter no longer works *2026-07-12, version 3.8.3* I’m not sure if there was an update or something, but when I’m trying to create a look, you can no longer filter by category. There’s a little check mark next to my category that says all to have to scroll through hundreds of items to try and find the type of thing I’m looking for is really no longer worth it. Where did it go?? I had it backed up to an Apple ID account. My wardrobe entries and outfit collages are gone and I want them recovered! Reached out to support via email but haven’t gotten a response. Eventually that glitch would start to happen more often and I began to get annoyed. However after having the app for years and inputing and editing thousands of clothing pieces, the app crashed and deleted everything from my account. I am very upset and don’t think I will be using this app again considering how much energy and time it took to input every clothing piece to begin with. ### 1/5 — New update Nov 2025 still not working! *2025-11-07, version 3.8.1* This app used to be good. And with my previous review it needed an update. Well unfortunately, it only worked for iPhone and not the iPad. And even with the update my entire closet that already existed is still missing. I was able to restore my purchase of the Pro version. I am writing this here because the company never responds to customer emails. Unfortunately, I’ve already lost my saved outfits twice. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times and never received any response. Paying for a service that doesn’t reliably store your data and offers no support when things go wrong is unacceptable. A few days ago the app randomly signed me out, and when I logged back in, everything was gone. Years of daily tracking, photos, outfits, and data just disappeared. I paid specifically to avoid this kind of loss, and yet there’s no way to restore or recover my data. The developer hasn’t responded to my support request either. If you care about your data or your time, I strongly recommend avoiding this app until the developers fix the backup system and take customer support seriously. Also, when reorganizing your closet items it would be great to be able to select multiple items to move all into one area. Like selecting jewelry to move together and then reorganize once it’s in the desired place. The other thing I would recommend is being able to have more than one closet. For example, I wear a uniform and suits for work, it would be nice to have a work closet to work with that would make it easier to keep separate including posting on the calendar. It would be nice to be able to specify what event you wore an outfit to, such as an office meeting, vs work or personal party celebration, etc. Otherwise IT IS THE BEST APP and I highly recommend it. ### 5/5 — Fantastic *2022-12-22, version 3.7.1* I use it to keep track of what I own and what I’m wearing.
