Your business happens in lots of places and, these days, it's usually not in your office. With Smart Data, your expense reporting can happen anytime, anywhere, just like your work. With the Smart Data mobile application, you can:

* Review all posted expenses associated with your corporate Mastercard

* Add receipts captured with your phone's camera eliminating the need to keep track of paper receipts

Logging in is more inconvenient than trying to log into your bank. The amount of security needed for uploading a receipt is unnecessary.

They claim biometric login is coming, but it’s been well over two years.

Additionally, the constant updates prevents submitting. Most people will only use this app once or twice a month. 

Add an update required notification so people don’t waste their time.

Biometric login should be priority number one.

And fixing the constant errors when submitting an expense also needs to be fixed.

I cannot in good faith recommend this app to business professionals.

Convenient app with a major glitch: if I accidentally submit an expense before, for example, populating a field or attaching the receipt, I can’t go back and edit it myself but have to wait for our administrator to cancel the submission for me to resubmit.

I’m forced to use this per my company. It’s cumbersome and most of my charges are reoccurring yet I have to select it each time. Should be able to recognize same charges

Why will it not let my phone autofill my password? The required password is complex, changes often and it’s a pain to log into. I don’t feel like filing my receipts and tracking my expenses needs this much security. Other than the login hassle, the app works as needed.

Horrible app
Written by someone who had never purchased anything on a credit card or needed to submit an expense form
Stuck with it because it is a company card

The app does well with very basic functions. 
Importing receipts causes the app to crash about half the time. 
Not having facial recognition is a real pain, especially when the app forgets the user ID. 

I like the app and the features, just need an update for a few items for the crashes to stop.

Stupid to call app “Smart Data”… App cannot use Face ID. App always need challenge question to log in. User ID is case sensitive- who came up with this stupid idea? Pressing “forgot password “ you need to answer another challenge question - what if you can’t remember this question in the first place?
I have developed better apps … when I was still in high school. Fire your development crew.
