I wanted to make a reservation for a local restaurant, Stuft Burger, so I went to their website. Their site directed me to GoSmartDining.com. I tried to make an account, but the site was riddled with errors, so I downloaded this app instead. I pulled up Stuft Burger to make a reservation, and the app simply says “Call the restaurant to make a reservation.” Not sure why I downloaded in the first place.

It’s hard to find a affordable app that actually cares for the wellbeing and hospitality of a restaurant!! Excellent and kind customer service as a new restaurant switching from our current reservation app - it is a simple and intuitive app to navigate through, unlike so many other apps similar. Anyone in the hospitality and restaurant industry trying to grow their loyalty and customer base should give SmartDining a shot!
