I don’t what the issue was when chatted with the online help section no action taken. ### 1/5 — UI NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED *2022-02-19, version 3.0.39* The Smart DNS Proxy 2 for MacOS needs to be improved. It does not persistently remember choice of VPN location. It also does not allow you to activate smart dns from the app whilst on a specific network. This has to be done by logging into the website interface. Status shows connecting for few seconds and displays error message: Negotiating with VPN server failed. The same IKEv2 settings work directly in iOS built in VPN client. Can't turn it off! *2024-04-18, version 3.1.9* On a Mac, that's it once you've configered it and turned it on you're stuck. It keeps reswithcing itself on even if you turn it off on all the settings. Customer Sevice arent interested. The VPN app disconnects every few seconds or minutes from the server making using your iOS device online completely impossible. The app was fixed for a short period of time roughly in September-October, and the VPN connection was stable, but now it’s back to its old habits.
