Sempre usei no meu iPhone antigo sem problemas porém desde que troquei para o 17 pro Max o dispositivo conecta porém não gera imagem, otoscópio SA39W por favor ajustem isso por que para mim o aparelho é excelente

After the most recent update, the camera does not focus. I’ve tried cleaning the lens, adjusting distance, restarting the app and fully charging the scope. Used to use it all the time, now can’t see anything.

I’ve had the wireless endoscope for about two years. Up until recently I had trouble with video freezing after a few minutes. After the most recent update, there’s no video, no pictures and the app just keeps crashing. I’m using an iPhone 13 with current iOS. Do better guys.

The app is fine. It allows the user to view the camera images and videos. It's pretty easy. What I like about the app is thw simplicity, no useless bells and whistles, it just WORKS. The camera itself is GREAT! Way better image quality than I expected. I highly recomend this camera and by default, the app!

Received as a gift and has come in so handy. With 5 kids there’s always someone with something in their ear. After a day harvesting corn I was able to confirm that one DID have a bug in their ear and also able to confirm when we flushed it out. The little attachments work great for getting big piles of ear wax out too.

This device is awesome and very easy to use. With the lighted camera it’s very easy to see down the ear canal. If you want to see what’s going on in your ear this device is the one for you.

Problematic earwax former here.  It is so helpful to be able to actually see what’s going on in there. Wonderful tool and easy to see on my phone. 
 
A caution- I was too aggressive at first and caused a painful hematoma. I would actually NOT recommend using this tool for any ear cleaning per se. Just for looking.  I used a combo of EarwaxMD and then peroxide and then irrigation in the shower with a syringe.  Worked beautifully which I was able to see with the video tool.

I am a nurse practitioner and this is an excellent product.  It takes clear pictures and it actually helps when looking into kiddos ears as they are more cooperative being able to actually see it themselves.  If they are old enough, you can let them hold the phone and take a picture themselves and they love it!!  I highly recommend this otoscope!
