## What is Smart Event?

Smart Event ist Bestandteil der Service Alliance Produktpalette und ermöglicht die Integration von Location-based Services in Geschäftsprozesse des Facility Managements.

Mit Hilfe von GPS, NFC, Bluetooth und QR-Code Scanning können frei konfigurierbare Geschäftsprozesse mit individuellem Workflow ausgelöst und verwaltet werden.

Beispielsweise können Konferenzräume reserviert, Bestellungen ausgelöst und Reinigungen "On Demand" beauftragt werden.

Smart Event integriert sich dabei in die Service Alliance Infrastruktur und setzt einen entsprechenden Account voraus (https://service-alliance.net).
