With this app I can scan, sign, and send a counter-offer from my phone while at a property showing. I'm closing deals faster. ### 5/5 — International use *2025-12-22, version 4.2* Working with clients in Japan and Europe, where fax is still common for formal communications, was a logistical nightmare. This app solved it. It's the perfect solution for rare but urgent fax needs. ### 5/5 — Elderly assistance *2025-12-21* I'm helping my elderly relatives submit paperwork for pensions and benefits, which often requires faxing sensitive documents. With this app I can fax them on the spot without having to take their originals anywhere. ### 5/5 — Paper trail *2025-12-20* I love that I can download any fax I send as a PDF. This creates a perfect, time-stamped digital paper trail in my records, allowing me to have the confirmation and the exact document I sent saved right on my device. ### 5/5 — Errand Eliminated *2025-12-19* I had to fax something to my insurance company, and instead of driving somewhere, I used this app's scanner. It auto-cropped and enhanced the page, and I faxed it back immediately. Wonderful! ### 5/5 — Easy merging *2025-12-18* The best thing about this app is that I can combine a scanned signed page, a PDF from the cloud, and a photo from my gallery into a single, ordered fax. Before, faxing from different sources used to be impossible. ### 5/5 — Government forms *2025-12-17, version 4.2* We occasionally need to fax official forms to government agencies or banks. Maintaining a landline and a fax machine for this was absurdly expensive. This app eliminated that cost for us. ### 5/5 — Scan feature *2025-12-16* I needed to fax a document and I had no idea where to even find a fax machine. This app saved the day. I took a photo of the signed form with the scan feature, entered the number, and it was sent in under a minute. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2025-02-06* Don’t bother ### 1/5 — Vorsicht! Kein Sendeprotokoll oder FAXbestätigung! *2024-06-24* Es gibt kein Sendeprotokoll!!! ## Frequently asked questions about Smart Fax ### What does Smart Fax do?
