This app DOES work. And there is. CLEAR difference when I’m home. I know because the iPhone XR has a LOT of GPS/location problems and either under Wi-Fi or data it never finds me.. says I’m in the ocean or somewhere all together. Then i found this app and turned it on and now when I’m home using my WiFi it automatically starts working again. So I know for a fact this app gives my Wi-Fi a HUGE boost needed to get my GPS working again. It is worth it. And it’s free so what are you all complaining about. With this app, I’m able to download and update things much faster ### 5/5 — Great Powerup for bad WiFi *2024-08-20* I am using SmartFi now for months to improve hotel wifi connections. Usage of my cellular data is moderate and I can almost double my transfer rates. You already have a vpn within the app but it definitely needs to block ads inside apps too. In a nutshell: I was VERY pleasantly surprised! The app boosted my Mbps by a good amount. The only caveat is that it does use your celluar data to speed up your Wi-Fi. If you don’t have unlimited data it might not be for you.
