They acknowledged my frustration and stated that the problem would be fixed on the next update. The fact that these guys responded to a two star review, and said they would address the problem so quickly is great! I can’t say much for the product so far, but their attitudes are very commendable. **Developer response:** We'll get that fixed up for the next update, expect it within a few days. Thank you for your input. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP *2019-10-11* Absolutely disgusting app. Doesn’t do the basic job. Deleted all of my flashcards!. DO NOT DOWNLOAD ### 1/5 — Could use some tweeks *2019-08-16* Very hard to understand how the app works. There is no instructions on how to create a flashcard and once you figure out how to, it does not work properly. ### 2/5 — Beginning *2020-07-02* I suppose that it was just created even if the concept is interesting It is not possible to download nor save deck When you press save the deck or save the card nothing happen. Since these are suppose to be the main options it is problematic and it would be useful to have a tutorial at the beginning ### 3/5 — Your app crashes on ipad *2022-10-23* When attempting to edit a card - adding a card to a deck - the app crashes. Also - a cloud sync feature would be be useful. I enjoy the simplicity of the app. ### 3/5 — Clunky, but clean *2019-03-15* Doesn’t require a sign up or have any in app purchases (so of course there are ads, they gotta make money somehow), which is a huge plus in my book. My problems are with the deck creation. You can’t delete cards once you’ve added them, you can’t delete decks once you’ve added them, and you can’t edit decks once you’ve saved them. I have about 3 or 4 useless decks I made trying to figure out the system (because it seemed to have stopped saving cards for some reason, but the problem didn’t persist, so who knows what happened there), but now they’re just sitting there. The UI is fairly neat and intuitive, the only problem for me seemed to be a few bugs and limitations on the ability to edit your decks. **Developer response:** Thank you for your input, we'll work on deleting decks/cards and editing cards for the next update. ### 3/5 — average *2018-10-24* it is great for on the go i’m called it doesn’t take data or an account but for the life of me can’t figure out how to make multiple decks at once if you even can? i wish you could edit cards or have multiple decks at once there’s not much instruction ### 3/5 — A good start *2018-06-18* Good flashcard App. Most iPhone flashcard! apps require you to create an account and login. This one is nice because it does not... it is a stand alone app, not requiring internet.
