## What is Smart Forms?

Take yourself and your business paperless!  Turn your existing documents into smart forms that can perform calculations, create template fields, capture images, and capture signatures.

Smart Forms is the successor to our highly successful Type  on PDF and Sign-N-Send family of apps that has allowed over 100,000 users to go paperless.

Here are just a few of the things you can do with Smart Forms:
- Fill out forms you receive with typed text and written signatures and send them back as PDF documents
- Create your own template forms of your existing PDF or MS Office documents complete with calculated fields
- Capture data on your own forms and then post the captured data back to your own database server
- Add or remove pages from PDF documents
- Store your documents in the cloud for backup and sharing with anyone you choose.

This app is free to download and use and places an ad on each PDF page that is exported.  This can be removed using in-app purchase. App worked fine until it didn’t. It says subscription is expired, though I don’t think it actually is. App crashes when trying to purchase again. Can’t get any support to resolve the issue.

In a class by itself! Organization and  Automation. Customize forms for data entry. Enter data in one place and auto fill dozen or more pages. Have an error on page - correct it and it is corrected on every page. Calculate, sign docs and so much more!

After seven years of using this product, I suddenly cannot reload the subscription or non-watermark sends.   I emailed customer support, but have not got a response. Each time I try to renew the subscription or purchase the program crashes and then when I reopen it offers, she asked me to send a report which I do. Some of the documents I have I cannot send with the watermark. i’m sending the review as a one star in order to get some help here. Up to this point I’ve been very happy with Smart Forms but now it is useless unless this is corrected.

With IOS 17, When you open a folder and try to scroll down to see all the documents, it willl not allow you to scroll to the bottom. It kinda springs back up and will not allow access to the documents. Otherwise it works as it used to. IOS 16.7.1 works correctly. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I've emailed the company twice with zero response. Find some other software because this one has no customer support. very unfortunate.
