It kinda springs back up and will not allow access to the documents. Otherwise it works as it used to. IOS 16.7.1 works correctly. The old app was better. Ugh. Trying to get it to work on my old app to update school forms for this year that are - kid you not 50 pages long. Yeah not paying per page fees. ### 2/5 — Extortion ware! *2017-07-28* Unless you pay for the spendy upgrades, there is a giant red "watermark" at the top of every page. I like the old "Type on PDF" but it's no longer supported. I would gladly pay a $10 one time fee for this app, with the cloud as an extra, but I won't be held hostage every time I want to send docs. I like it for a quick edit or signature but the Text spaces freeze up at times. It says subscription is expired, though I don’t think it actually is. App crashes when trying to purchase again. I emailed customer support, but have not got a response. Each time I try to renew the subscription or purchase the program crashes and then when I reopen it offers, she asked me to send a report which I do. Some of the documents I have I cannot send with the watermark. i’m sending the review as a one star in order to get some help here. Enter data in one place and auto fill dozen or more pages. Have an error on page - correct it and it is corrected on every page. Love this ### 5/5 — Type on PDF Pro was Revolutionary in its time *2023-08-20, version 1.2.91* I just have to say, when the developers first came out with Type on PDF Pro it was revolutionary for its time. That was Smart Forms predecessor. The amount of time it saved me at the end of each work day got noticed by everyone and soon they all got the app. Back in 2011-2012 the idea of adding a spreadsheet layer to a company form was brilliant. It took some time to set up your template, but once you did every work day got a little easier. Worked fine up until past Friday, and then on Sunday it kept crashing. I reached out to the developer, and someone responded Tuesday. They got my app back up and running. Thank you ### 5/5 — Professional Productivity Software *2018-04-04* Smart Forms allows you to do much much more than just fill out forms. I don’t use the cloud feature but I gladly pay the small yearly fee. It’s a huge bargain. I use it and another program by Tipirneni software, Filing Cabinet, daily. A third app by them, PDF Splicer, is also excellent. I use Pdf Splicer to prepare multi page files for Smart Forms. I use Smart Forms to fill out complicated repetitive multi page forms over and over with amazing speed and flexibility. I use Filing Cabinet to create powerful databases of simple forms (iPad) and on the go homemade powerful databases (iPhone). There are tons of power features for these apps. There is great video training for Smart Forms and Filing Cabinet.
