I’ve tried to use it a few times now to just be bounced back when it comes to booking an appointment because if you’re ill, they don’t wanna know and their service isn’t suitable for you so unfortunately, I don’t know why this service is about if it’s not there to contact for support when you’re unwell. don’t bother installing it it’s the biggest waste of time you’ll ever know they just bounce you back and tell you to call 999 111 in an emergency ### 1/5 — Registration *2024-01-28, version 1.11* Hi I am trying to register, however when I get to the language box, it does not offer a drop down choice. I honestly never write reviews! I had no issues installing the App but furthermore at a time when we can’t contact our family GP due to the bank holiday and late at night the assistance from Smart health was very much appreciated. The Doctor called my wife back within 10 minutes of the request and spent a good amount of time answering questions and reassuring us. He also offered to forward notes to our GP to arrange a blood test. The App requires a little time to set up but my advice would be to do that now while you don’t require the service so the verification is complete ready in case you ever need to use it. My Aig life insurance was competitively priced against competitors but having this private healthcare add on is invaluable to my wife, kids & I. ### 1/5 — Can’t Agree To Terms *2022-12-02, version 1.9* When I open the app on my iPhone, it tells me that I have to agree to two sets of terms and conditions. No matter where on the line I click (even in the check box) it just opens the terms document but doesn’t allow me to check the box. Because of this, the app is unusable for me. ### 1/5 — Do not use *2022-11-24, version 1.9* App always shows that the mobile device has been blocked. Bit pointless if you need to book an appointment and the app shows that. ### 1/5 — Simply doesn’t work *2021-10-08, version 1.2* This was provided as part of my new life insurance policy with AIG but I’ve tried every permutation of logging in and it doesn’t recognise my credentials.
