Now it just comes up as not verified. The Apple wallet accepts the QR code just fine. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2022-03-26* I cannot get this app to work, and there seem to be quite a bit of trouble with it by many people. Developers keep leaving the same message for everyone it’s very bland and doesn’t really give any information. I cannot find a good alternative, so this is a pretty bad situation. I instructed to download this app by Walgreens, I tried to scan the QR code to save the results and received an error stating that “Only valid vaccine Smart Health Cards are currently supported”. So I am not sure it worked or what to do now. ### 2/5 — Not working with myColorado vaccine cards *2022-01-14, version 1.0.33* I’ve tried using this app to verify vaccine cards from the myColorado app - which uses the SMART Health card format - but every card I have scanned has come back as “Not Verified: This SMART Health Card cannot be verified. It may have been corrupted.” I know the cards I have scanned are legitimate, and the myColorado app very prominently displays that QR code is a SMART Health Card, so I’m not sure where the issue lies. As it stands, however, this app is currently useless for me. ### 1/5 — Endless loop *2022-01-13, version 1.0.33* I scan my vaccination card ID from CVS and the app says verified but then keeps asking me to scan my next vaccination record. This Smart QR code verifier displays my vaccination history for the first 4, but ignores the 5th and most recent. No issues with crashing. Like that there was no login ### 5/5 — Works Exactly as Intended *2022-11-13, version 1.0.59* I’ve read so many reviews saying it doesn’t save the scanned record locally (good! it’s meant to perform quick validation, not long-term storage of another’s health records), that it doesn’t include all your doses (check with who issued your QR code, not the validator), or that the codes aren’t valid (likely the issuer had their keys compromised or weren’t following protocol and have to reissue codes). None of this is the validation program’s fault. In fact, I praise them for continuing to produce a quality program that does exactly what it claims to do, securely. Nice job. ### 5/5 — Flying colours *2022-10-20, version 1.0.58* First used to test this since other were removed by the Alberta government because of the Covid restrictions are lower or removed, their app were removed and this was found in place of the findings. It works just like other one issues by Alberta government healthcare system in similar manner. Good for restaurants and places that need to check guests. *2021-12-12, version 1.0.31* Not sure why this app is getting bad reviews, I just gave it a shot and it worked perfectly fine. As far as I could tell it’s the only free, legit-looking, privacy-friendly app that’ll let you verify smart health cards and therefore covid vaccination… for example as a restaurant host, which seems like a pretty important use case right now. I’m actually kind of shocked at the bad UX around this for people who need to check these things: scanning a patron’s QR code prompts you to add their card to your wallet? Apple, wat?
