### 1/5 — Very poor

*2021-10-24, version 1.5*

Constantly crashes and intermittently refuses to communicate with the radiator. Actually feel like it’s worse than when I first installed. Pls fix!!

### 1/5 — Not great

*2021-04-30, version 1.5*

I’ve tried installing and reinstalling the app many times. It won’t connect to the router. Not happy with this app. Not happy with this expensive system.

### 1/5 — App not working

*2021-04-02, version 1.4*

We rely on this app to control our heating in a holiday let. It has now not been able to connect for several weeks, leaving us unbeknown to our heating levels at the property.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No longer working

*2025-12-29, version 1.5*

This app no longer works with my Thermotec radiator

### 1/5 — Not connecting to server

*2025-11-06, version 1.5*

This app continually crashes or doesn’t connect. It’s now connecting to server at all and keeps looking for an alternative server. I cannot set my rads remotely which is very frustrating. Wish there was a different app I could use. Totally useless!

### 1/5 — Upgrade dringend nötig

*2025-10-28, version 1.5*

### 1/5 — App crashes consistently

*2024-01-01, version 1.5*

App crashes almost every time we try to use it. Also, it cannot connect with one radiator consistently so we have to manually control it. Not worth the money - do not use!

### 1/5 — Needs a massive upgrade

*2023-12-17, version 1.5*

I wish I could use a different app. Alas my electric radiators seemingly only work with this one. The app crashes 9 out of 10 times I try to use it.

### 1/5 — No stars

*2023-12-03, version 1.5*

Kept disconnecting, so uninstalled app to set up again. Now it will not sync with the smart heat module.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2023-10-18, version 1.5*

Spends more time disconnected from the radiators so can’t control from the app, pity there aren’t - stars

### 1/5 — App don’t work

*2022-09-18, version 1.5*

I have spent over 3 1/2 hrs trying to connect to this app, Crap don’t use. Better off using controls on heaters manually

### 1/5 — App and kit not compatible

*2021-12-08, version 1.5*

I’ve bought a Wi-Fi router with heaters. It says to connect to this app. As I enter app it asks me to press the button on the back of the router to be able to connect. There is no button and it’s now unusable. Awful. I want my money back.

## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated)

### 4/5 — My heating app

*2025-11-23, version 1.5*

Our heating app has been working for a few years but now the app doesn’t,tconnect to the WiFi properly you have to stop and start it .

### 3/5 — App is a bit dated now.

*2022-11-24, version 1.5*

I have had been using this App for four years now in a home environment and haven’t really had any issues apart from the occasional loss of connection which is easily rectified but restarting the App.
It is quite a basic basic App and could do with some additional features such as, show status/ temp of all rads on one screen.
A logging feature to log the temp of a zone over a 24 hour period. Which would be handy for checking the temperature of a room when the Brad’s are off.

### 2/5 — Where is the Alexa integration?

*2019-10-21, version 1.3*

Supposed to have an Alexa integration but I can’t see it anywhere.
The rest of the app is ok but pretty basic.
Something that tells you if the radiator is on, or drawing power would be nice. So would a home screen that shows all room/zone temps without having a select each one... but fix the Alexa bit first as there is nothing under the wrench/spanner icon like you say there is.
