Es unterstützen noch nicht mal die Auflösung die mit dem iPhone X eingeführt wurde!!! Hier bitte dringend nachbessern. The app belongs to a € 300 expensive motorcycle helmet headset that came on the market in 2020 and looks like it was from 2010. It doesn't even support the resolution that was introduced with the iPhone X !!! Bluetooth wird nicht gefunden. Mit dem alten Handy lief alles, jetzt ist das System für mich nicht mehr nutzbar. 👎 ### 1/5 — Abominably Horrible *2025-05-15* The app hangs up from the start. Worked fine at first then this riding season I go to use it and it won’t pair with my phone. I downloaded the Sena device manager on my pc and tried to do a firmware update but the device manager won’t recognize my device. $500 helmet and $300 headset are now useless. I’ll never buy another Sena device ever again. So frustrated, there’s no support online only info I can find is on Reddit and after and hour of trying it’s still useless. Now volume down button until phone selective pairing option again go to bluetooth and select your device smarthjcbt or sena both the same. And it will pair your phone. Hope this helps everyone out because support wasnt helpful ### 5/5 — Updated app works better!!! *2023-07-05* I am enjoying this new updated app a lot better. Much more user friendly and very clean. It really lets me customize the Bluetooth unit without having to do it on the actual unit. ### 4/5 — Bei mir läuft alles *2025-07-14* Ich habe ein iPhone 15 Pro und benutze das Intercom 50B von HJC. Bis jetzt kann ich eigentlich fast nur Gutes sagen. Hab immer Verbindung Navi und Musik App hab das 50B Gerät auch schon mit einem Cardo Gerät gekoppelt und hatte eigentlich immer Verbindung und keine Probleme. Das einzigste, was wirklich nicht gut ist, ist der Sound beim Musik hören.
