It will turn off and fan speed with app but that’s it . The schedule part is the most important part imo. ### 1/5 — Seems to have been made by a child *2025-05-16, version 1.0.9* Still waiting for some real instructions on using this app. I’ve written to the email and gotten a few responses with instructions that still don’t work. Then they stop responding. If you look around on the app, it has things to click on that look useful, but when you try, they are empty, or dead ends, or just don’t apply to anything. It’s the same thing with their website, “Dayette.”The website was created with Wix, which is a program so anyone can make a website, but apparently it doesn’t have to work. It’s a facade of a website, and app. Nothing works, nothing makes sense. I’m so frustrated with these appliances that can’t be programmed like they say they can. ### 1/5 — App deleted all devices *2025-04-14, version 1.0.9* App stopped working saying “illegal operation” then when I dismissed the error all devices were gone and it won’t let me add them back. ### 1/5 — This app makes no sense, controls nothing *2025-04-13* I’ve used 2 other heaters with similar apps. This is by far the worst one! It uses words that don’t apply to the appliance, so you can’t really tell what you’re setting up. It doesn’t matter though, because what you set up or schedule won’t happen anyway. There are no written instructions ANYWHERE, and no way to contact the company for assistance. This is a pretend “smart” app. I miss my other heaters that were recalled. Machine turns off when one is done. Can’t set up a time starting on one day & ending the next. For example, 9pm-noon. Says start time must be smaller than end time. It runs on military time. Can’t get help when select help in the App Store. Can’t get help by emailing GCZ company either. Can someone explain to me how to set up multiple schedules? Edit-after contacting GCZ, the schedules started working. Now, the machine runs for a while then just stops.
