App is telling to update an already updated app? Can’t log in to reset internet. And every time I click on the update icon in the app, it takes me to the review page. I thought it was forcing me to make a review. Still can’t get in.

It takes a learning curve though that’s why it’s only four stars. I’m still learning it and I wish we could just limit devices to the number of hours a day instead of having a downtime

This app is terrible. I moved out of a third floor apartment in Florida in August with no Elevator and by far the worst part of my moving experience was trying to set up my Wi-Fi at my new address through this app. The Chatbot is useless and tells you to go to places in the app that don’t exist. When you go online to to get support everything directs you back to the app. When trying to set up my new system, when I hit get started, the app goes to a solid white screen and get stuck and I have to close out of the app to be able to get to anything. There are times I open the app and the sign in button does not work and when this happens, I have to delete the entire app and re-download it. I am a 27-year-old with a business degree and a 4.0 GPA, I can’t imagine what suffering elderly people are going through when they have to use this horribly designed app.
