Administration managers draft inflexible rules demanding that clients travel great distances to attend appointments at a central office to present original copies of documents… which are simply scanned or photocopied by a minion on the lowest pay grade. Alternatively departments deny face to face interviews even email insisting that irreplaceable documents are sent by snail mail.
