Absolute waste of time. It opens. It closes. It lets you go to the third screen if you are lucky then it closes again. Get ever get on to the app and then when you do you send all the photo with a measuring tape clear as day for then to then email you that they ‘can’t see the damage’ and to send more photos! Wasted all morning trying to put wheel claim through and like previous reviews, system kept going round and round and would not progress claim at point of illustration of where damage was on car! I was skeptical, in light of all the negative reviews, but decided to give it a chance. I’m not a tolerant or patient man, but neither was tested. Dead easy to make a claim and I got an email update the following day.
