This safe and easy process starts by downloading the app for FREE in the App Store. Continue by creating a personal profile and filling in the personal data necessary (i.e., photo id, height, weight, gender) and then provide your medical insurance information, if applicable. All of the information in the app is saved to a secured server so that privacy and security are not in question. Your health professional will upload your medical records, lab results, imaging records, visitation and consultation notes as well as prescriptions right to the app. As a patient, you will have access to these files but only health professionals will be able to alter them. I can’t add appointments. In my major metro area, it shows no doctors in the search, and I can’t add my doctors.
