Vielen Dank dafür. Was mir nicht gefällt ist der Startbildschirm - die Themen oft doppelt hintereinander bringt mir irgendwie keinen Mehrwert. Seit Monaten keine Rückmeldung aus dem Testlabor, trotz wöchentlicher Nachfrage über den aktuellen Status. Keine Kaufempfehlung Sogar ein Stern ist zu viel. Dez. 2023 Bewertet mit * * * x x Nach einer schriftlichen Beschwerde, wurde mein Fall im November intensiver vom Testlabor bearbeitet. Gute Zusammenarbeit und eine Fehlerdiagnose brachte auch Erfolge. Mit meiner nunmehr dritten Smart Kitchendock gehen schon mal die beschriebenen Funktionen. Sieht gut aus. Allerdings die Alexa-Funktionalität der Smart Kitchendock kann nicht mit anderen Alexa-Geräten im Umfeld gekoppelt werden (Multiraumkopplung) daher nur 3 Sterne. ### 2/5 — Luft nach oben *2023-10-27* Idee ist an sich nicht schlecht. Wechselndes Hintergrundbild nervt. Verbindung zum IPad und den Küchengeräten alles andere als stabil. Häufiger Verbindungsabbruch und Neustart nervt. Und vor allem leider keine Einbindung von Spotify oder Apple Music. Da bleibe ich doch meinem alten Echo und hoffe auf ein Update. ### 5/5 — Das Dock taugts *2023-06-16* Schön das Smart Kitchen Dock in der Küche zu haben, jetzt sehe ich mal was meine Hausgeräte so machen 🏡 Gute Tipps und Rezepte hat es auf Lager und Alexa spielt meine Mucke während ich Gemüse schnibbel. ### 2/5 — Bad request (400) *2023-05-10* Update 10.05.1023: Das Kitchendock wurde mir von BSH gegen eine offensichtlich neue Version getauscht. Mittlerweile habe ich allerdings keine Lust mehr drauf, hab es weggepackt und verabschiede mich so langsam vom Gedanken einer smarten Küche. Backofen scheint genau so eine Diva zu sein. **************** Update 03.04.2023: Seit 2 Tagen funktioniert Alexa nicht mehr auf dem Dock. Alles probiert, ich gebe es auf. **************** Update 10.10.2023: Es wird damit geworben, dass die App „Kitchen Stories“ sich mit Home Connect verbinden kann. Auch hier aktuell der gleiche Fehler „Da ist etwas schief gelaufen“. So richtiges Vertrauen habe ich da noch nicht. **************** Update 25.01.2023: Die Entwickler haben offenbar reagiert. Mit heutigem Update lässt sich die App und das Dock mit dem Home Connect Account verbinden. Einen Stern lasse ich wegen dem ganzen Stress mal noch weg. Port 123 war übrigens Käse, es ist Port 80. **************** Als Vorbereitung auf drei für nächsten Monat geplante Home Connect Geräte (BO, GS, KS) habe ich mir das Dock gekauft. Bis zum Erhalt hatte ich einen Connect Account angelegt, Foodfitters damit verbunden und alles vorbereitet. Dock erhalten, am Router angemeldet, Ports 123, 443, 8080 freigegeben. Dann mit dieser App das Setup gestartet (jeweils mit iPad Air und iPhone 14 [16.2]). Immer das Gleiche: Beim Anmelden am Connect Konto „Bad request (400)“ und Abbruch. Ich schicke das Dock zurück und disponiere mit den Geräten um. Ich habe mich ca 12 Stunden sehr sehr rumgeärgert. Versender hat keine Ahnung und Home Connect Support lässt auf sich warten. Im FAQ so Hinweise auf dem level „schalten sie ihren Router ein“.
