WLAN-Zugriff war in den Systemeinstellungen vollständig freigegeben, trotzdem erkennt die App das Netzwerk teilweise gar nicht – das spricht für ein Problem im Verbindungs-Handling der App selbst, nicht für eine Berechtigungsfrage. Zusätzlich ist der Installationsprozess pro Gerät so langsam, dass bei einer größeren Anzahl an Lampen (in meinem Fall 12) nicht alle durchlaufen. Die Verbindung bricht offenbar durch Timeouts ab, bevor der Pairing-Vorgang für jedes Gerät abgeschlossen ist. Am Ende waren nur einige der Strahler tatsächlich eingebunden, der Rest blieb außen vor. Ich habe den Support kontaktiert, der sich auch gemeldet und nach Details gefragt hat. Ich habe alles bereitgestellt – Logs, Geräteinfos, Beschreibung des Ablaufs. Danach: nichts mehr. Auch auf Nachfrage keine Reaktion. Die Kosten für das Produkt wären für mich kein Problem gewesen, wenn es zuverlässig funktioniert hätte. So bleibt aber eine Lösung, die nur teilweise nutzbar ist, kombiniert mit einem Support, der den Vorgang einfach versanden lässt.
