I have two devices I can’t get paired. ### 1/5 — Fake app *2023-07-01* Look for the one with the wifi coming off to the right of the house. This one is made to steal credit card details and rip you off. The other one works great! I switched to Apple, now the lightbulbs color range is limited to red, green, and white. The slider bars for saturation and brightness reset to random settings when trying to adjust. And customer support is not active. Oh! And now they want you to buy a subscription. Avoid purchasing any product that would require the use of this pitiful app. ### 1/5 — Identety stolen *2023-05-29* on process on installation I was deceived into one of the offers and thinking I needed to put my card to confirm Identety I did and next day my bank already flagged it. And was never able to make a he app work, think it’s just a scam to steal people’s c.card info… ### 1/5 — Smart life app *2023-05-29* The app quit working to control my lights which specifically stated no charge for app. When I purchased light fixtures. When I bought the product originally, it said I had complete control of the lights. Now, I have to pay $30 yearly for it? Nice, never buying another one of your products again 👍 ### 1/5 — Wrong app *2023-05-20* This one is garbage look for the one with the signal coming off the right of the roof not the left of the roof. You have to reset your Wi-Fi to a different setting oh and don’t forget to pay $24 and change for a subscription just just to find out that nothing work regardless.
