That’s because this was the wrong App for them. If you open your camera app and point it at the QR code on the box your device came in, it will take you to the correct Smart Life App. ### 1/5 — This App Doesn’t work *2020-09-06, version 1.4* Why is it so complicated to connect to the wi-fi? When I first installed this app I realized it was different from the one on the QR code of the light bulbs that I purchased so the reason it wasn’t connecting for me and others was because it was the wrong light bulb. ### 5/5 — You guys have the wrong app! *2019-12-24, version 1.4* I did the same thing, searched for smart life so to run the bulb. Couldn't get mine too work with this app either.
