I had the fan for a year now and the remote works fine. We have a toddler so at times we cannot find the remote so the app worked great for 4-5 months and then kicked me out. I can no longer sign in and keeps giving me the same,”failed verification” error. It’s so baffling because it was working fine a one day it just said nope!

If I knew this would have happened I would NOT have purchased this item. The app was a very handy feature now it’s useless data on my phone. Please update/fix app.
