Aplicativo apagou minhas senhas de acesso e não permite gerar novas senhas, não há nenhum contato de suporte, nem email, nem telefone!!!!
Nao consigo abrir a porta!

I used this app for just one day and didn’t like it at all. Doesn’t have all the features I was looking for. I did ask for a refund but couldn’t reach the support team. No way of contacting them. Once you’ve paid your on your own. No support at all. The best option I have found is to use the free TTLock App.

Unreal, lock cannot used without purchasing a “premium” plan and there is no other plan. Very deceptive, I can’t trust a company that works this way.

Paid $149. Set up everyone on the lock. 
A bit sensitive, but everything worked. 

But, the next time I opened it, I found my permanent codes had become temporary codes. 

Now when I open it,  lock doesn’t show . When I tried to re-enter the lock. I get a notice that it has already been registered.
