## What is Smart Maintenance Task Manager?

Maintenance doesn't happen at a desk. It happens at the machine - often deep in a plant with no signal, in gloves, under time pressure. Smart Maintenance Task Manager is built for exactly that.

This is the mobile app for the SM-TM platform: a CMMS used by maintenance teams in manufacturing, food and beverage, textiles, chemical, automotive, and pharmaceutical operations. Managers plan and review from a web dashboard. Technicians do the work on an iPhone or iPad. Both stay in sync.


WHY TEAMS MOVE OFF PAPER

Most plants still run maintenance on paper forms, whiteboards, and spreadsheets. Tasks get skipped. Nobody can prove a lubrication check actually happened. And a machine that fails costs several times what it would have cost to maintain.

SM-TM replaces that with one system: schedule the work, put it in the technician's hand, and get back a complete record of what was done, when, and on which asset.

FOR THE TECHNICIAN

- Today's tasks in one list, color-coded by type and status
- Guided checklists with recorded measurements - no step can be skipped
- Tap an NFC tag, or scan a QR code or barcode, to open that machine's tasks instantly
- Photo evidence attached to the task record, mandatory where the task requires it
- PDF manuals, work instructions and safety data sheets at the task point, cached for offline use
- LOTO safety gate: every safety step must be acknowledged before the maintenance form unlocks. No bypass.
- Glove Mode - one tap scales every touch target for gloved hands
- Raise a repair request, or defer non-urgent work to the next planned shutdown

IT WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL

Dead zones are normal in a plant, so offline isn't a fallback here - it's the default. Tasks, checklists, documents, and photos live on the device. Completed work syncs automatically as soon as a connection returns. Nothing is lost between the machine and the office.

HOW TO GET ACCESS
