Subsequent to my previous update I was contacted by the APP support folks. They found a bug in the program and worked with me until the frozen splash screen problem was resolved. It is rare to find any vendor support their APP this well. However, it is very unfortunate to see just a couple of bad reviews with none scene excuses makes me think, NEGATIVE VIBES & POSITIVE VIBES HAVE GOT TO BE THERE IN ORDER TO CREATE THE BALANCE IN LIFE REGARDLESS OF TIME AND PLACE..! The last one as you sweep thru shows 3 choices “accept” to make a payment and upgrade. “Restore” and “not now” If you press accept it charges you $9.94 and then the same screen remains. Nothing happens. The you press restore and says OK but nothing happens.
