## What is Smart Medication Reminder?

Medication Reminder App helps you manage medicine times with clear alarms, dose details, and taken records.

Add your medicines, choose routine times, set repeat schedules, and include helpful details such as dose, food instructions, and additional notes. When an alarm rings, open the medicine log to view the details and mark the medicine as taken. If a medicine is not marked as taken, the app can remind you again later.

Key features:
- System alarm reminders
- Custom medicine schedules
- Daily, selected-day, and every-few-days repeats
- Dose, food, and additional instruction details
- Follow-up reminders for untaken medicine
- English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese support
- Simple, senior-friendly design

Medication Reminder App is a reminder tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosage recommendations. Always follow instructions from your doctor, pharmacist, or qualified healthcare provider.
